Delivery is charged by weight to all mainland UK destinations (Extra charges may apply to some postcodes. You will be invoiced separately if this happens before the goods are despatched.)
There are no hidden charges. We would like you to order more than one item, that way you can make the delivery charge really work for you!
You can pay as low as £2.50 for low weight items (such as baseball caps). We ship most items first class so you get your product next day. Larger parcels are sent by Parcel Force 48 and others by Standard Parcels. If you have any special requests or questions please call us on 08453131518.
3-5 Full working days is our standard processing time, however most items arrive with the customer on the fifth working day from order.
Written / emailed intent to return an item must be received before the item arrives at the warehouse.
Please obtain a returns number from us before sending any parcel. Please include this number within the parcel so we can identify your item.
Items must be returned at the customers cost.
We do not refund the original cost of delivery unless the item is deemed faulty by us.
Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment with notification of return and return number.
Items must be in original packaging and unworn.
Intimate items may not be returned.
Personalised items including printed and embroidered items may not be returned.
Personalised items transfer in title to the customer before printing. If you wish to inspect the items at this stage then you are encouraged to do so and arrangements may be made by calling 08453131518. Customers may not return an item once it is printed or embroidered.
Any items marked as seconds may not be returned. Prices reflect the status of the products listed.
A credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item in its original packaging once the above notifications have been received.
A deduction of £2.50 per box or per different item is made for the physical and electronic restocking of your item.
Original postage is not refunded unless we deem the item was faulty before shipment. Our inspection processes ensure all items are checked before despatch. It is rare that an item will reach you in less than perfect condition. Our decision on this matter is final. You may wish to pursue the carrier for any loss.
Items may differ to previous orders depending on our current availability. Please contact us if this may cause you any issue and we will try and deliver the items you require.
If you do not chose to use a tracked service including Parcel Force 48, DHL or any other courier service offered, and only chose to use Royal Mail 1st Class Post then we will not be responsible for any losses due to third party carriers. We will only evidence payment of postage fees, and you will have to pursue the carrier.
To avoid losses please choose a courier service that we offer like Parcel Force 48.
If you do not receive a parcel that has been sent by courier including Parcel Force 48, we will immediately replace the item and pursue the carrier for the losses on your behalf. The title of the original goods will return to Chester Clothing Company Limited once we have sent a replacement. If delivery is attempted, please reject it or you will be liable to pay for the second item received to your address.
This does not affect your statutory rites.
